That's it then. The last remaining CAA team has been eliminated from the NCAA tournament. A decent run for William & Mary saw them knocked out in the Sweet Sixteen by Southern Methodist, with a score of 1-0 last night. Both CAA team's each picked up one win and one loss in the big dance this year. Old Dominion beat UVA in the first round then lost in the second round to Penn State. William & Mary got a round further but only because of their first round bye, they beat UMBC in the second round then lost to SMU in the round of sixteen. A decent showing for the CAA, but nothing spectacular.
